Martha Stewart reveals non-surgical secrets of her good looks

Dermal filler injectionAmerican businesswoman, Martha Stewart, always looks immaculate and well presented. In a new book launching next month the former model lifts the lid on some of her secrets to looking so good at the age of 71.

Amongst them are some simple tricks, combined with expensive creams and some cosmetic treatments. Although she says she has not yet undergone cosmetic surgery, she has used Juvederm dermal fillers and also Botox. She reveals:

“I tried Botox. It works for certain things, like for skin under the chin, but I don’t want a taut jawline and a quizzical look.”

Cheaper and less conventional methods include avoiding brushing her hair too often, which Stewart believes keeps her hair healthy and thick, and also drinking the juice of one lemon daily. In order to keep her hands youthful and strong she does daily yoga hand exercises. The domestic goddess also believes in investing in good products however as she is also a fan of the expensive moisturiser, Creme de la Mer.

Her book is called ‘Living The Good Long Life’ and is aimed at the 40 plus demographic, promoting a long and healthy life, as well as keeping up appearances aesthetically.
