March-April 2015 satisfaction survey – your results are in!
Whether perfect or not-so-perfect, we want to hear it.
The only way we can keep improving the level of service we provide is by hearing warts-and-all feedback from the people who matter most – you!
With this in mind, we regularly send out surveys to ask for feedback from everyone who comes to us for treatment.
Our most recent survey was sent out to all our March-April patients, and we’ve collated the results so we can share them here.
- 71% told us it was ‘Very Easy’ or ‘Easy’ to schedule an appointment. A little disappointing, but it gets better…
- 100% rated their treatment experience ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’.
- 100% felt they received enough information prior to treatment.
- 100% thought the clinic facilities were ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’.
- 100% were ‘Extremely Happy’, ‘Happy’ or ‘Satisfied’ with the results of their treatment.
- And we’re delighted to say, 100% of patients said they would recommend Aurora to friends.

- “Treatments are excellent, always made to feel so welcome by all the team. Becky on reception is lovely – can’t do enough for you. I really like coming to the clinic.”
- “Everyone is always warm and friendly and always have the time and patience to explain anything. This includes the reminders by phone of appointments. Sincerely recommend visiting.”
- “Wonderful service carried out by professional and friendly staff. Ruth is amazing and I would not trust anyone else with my treatments.”
- “I find all the staff very friendly and helpful. Mel is very professional and gives excellent advice. I feel very comfortable at the clinic.”

As lovely as it is to hear such positive comments, and to see (by and large) such great satisfaction stats, it’s clear there’s some room for improvement with our appointment booking process.
Availability with Fleur was mentioned in particular. She’s an incredibly busy lady, but we’ll try our best to see what we can do!
