Already too late?

If you are wishing to turn back time on your hands then dermal fillers may be the way to go.

Dermal fillers introduce volume back into areas that have lost volume during the ageing process.
Dermal fillers are made from hyaluronic acid (which is a naturally occurring substance found in the body) suspended in a gel. These are then injected underneath the skin to improve the appearance of wrinkles and replace volume.

More commonly used on the face to boost lips, cheeks and fill out wrinkles and lines in other problem areas, this treatment is now being used on hands to give them a more youthful appearance.

Hands are often a giveaway of age and temporary hand fillers are safe if applied properly.Douglas McGeorge - Consultant plastic surgeon and former British Association of Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) president
